A BILL to amend article three, chapter twenty-nine of the code of WestVirginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated section thirty-one, relating to continuing the state fire commission.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article three, chapter twenty-nine of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section, designated section thirty- one, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 3. FIRE PREVENTION AND CONTROL ACT.
§29-3-31. Termination of the state commission.
Pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code, the state fire commission continue to exist until the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine.

NOTE:The purpose of this bill is to create a new section within this chapter. The bill also allows for the continuation of the State Fire Commission until July 1, 1999, pursuant to the provisions of the West Virginia Sunset Law.

This section is new therefore no strike throughs were necessary.
